Happy Friday! We made it to the weekend. Hopefully your AC has been working this week; this is the hottest summer weather I can recall in quite some time. I trust that your back-to-school season is off to a good start - don't forget that this is tax free weekend!

To all the parents, college students and kids needing to stock up on school supplies this year's "sales tax holiday" is taking place this Friday, August 11 through Sunday, August 13 (at midnight). Note that it's a week later than it has been in past years, and after some schools go back to class. Here is a great article to help you navigate through what qualifies for the tax exemption.
