Legacy Hall is hosting Stories with Santa tomorrow from 10 am to noon. Outside in the Box Garden, Santa's story times are at 10 & 11 am. The event is free and first-come first-served, as is the screening of the Santa Clause that will follow story time. Be sure to register online here!

The inventory in today's housing market is far below what we would see in a balanced market. For a balanced market, there are about 6-7 months of supply. In DFW, there is currently only 1 month of supply on the market.

When the supply of houses for sale is as low as it is today, it’s much harder for buyers to find homes to purchase. This means competition among purchasers rises and more bidding wars take place, making it essential for buyers to submit very attractive offers.
