Matt's Market Minute
2020 saw home prices rise dramatically. Demand was high, supply low, and interest rates were at historic lows.

While prices are going to rise, as we said last week, interest rates are expected to remain at about their current levels through 2021. Talk with a REALTOR today about the your home's appreciation and the options it may give you!
