Into the Weekend - February 19th, 2021

Wow, what a crazy week it has been! I hope that this finds you safe, healthy, and in good spirits.

This week's polar vortex was certainly a surprise for me and has left me longing for warmer temperatures – and appreciating the fact that we normally have them! I also remembered the importance of resourcefulness and to have a good attitude even when the conditions are not what I want. It was also good time for me to appreciate the little things I often take for granted …like heat and running water …and watching the pure joy of a golden retriever frolicking in fresh laid snow!

I hope this weekend’s letter brings you good cheer - and I included a few hot drink recipes in case you need one of those, too!
