Local Happenings FrankensteinFest Plano Saturday 10/23, 10am-11pm This is a free community event with live music, costume contests for kids and dogs, a video game tournament, a stein holding contest and a brat eating contest! Should be fun for the whole family. The Truck Yard This time of year I love maximizing time outside. The Truck Yard is an amazing place to do that! The Truck Yard is a huge beer garden with rotating food trucks and an on-site brewpub. They feature live music on the weekends.  Open 364 days per year.
