Seasons Greetings! I hope that this finds you and your family enjoying all the good things in life. This time of year can be busy with parties, events and wrapping up the year, more generally. I hope in the midst of all that busyness, you're able to enjoy some quality time with family and friends.

Most Homeowners Feel Optimistic About Their Increasing Equity
More than one third (38%) of homeowners who are renovating in the next two years are using or plan to use a home equity line of credit (HELOC) or home equity loan (HE Loan) to finance their renovations. But it appears for some, that investment may be in preparation to later sell their homes.
Buyers that are home shopping during the holidays and into January tend to be pretty motivated. I wouldn't rule out selling sooner rather than later if a new home is on your agenda for 2024.
