75025 is the northernmost part of Central Plano — the city's most recently developed residential corridor and its highest price point among the non-luxury ZIP codes. Homes here were built primarily from the mid-1990s through the mid-2000s, which means buyers get newer construction, more open floor plans, and larger square footage than Central or East Plano, but at prices that reflect that relative newness.

Over the past decade, 75025's median home price grew from $321,000 in 2015 to $584,000 in 2025 — an 82% appreciation. That growth was concentrated in the 2020–2022 surge when North Plano's larger homes attracted remote workers and corporate relocatees seeking space. The market stabilized in 2023–2025, with the 2025 annual median of $584,000 essentially flat against 2024's $579,950.

One note on monthly data: 75025 shows meaningful month-to-month swings in median price, driven by the relatively low volume of transactions each month.
